My story
I know. It's hard. I've been there. Your business may be successful in United States, but getting into the EU market? .. That's a whole different story.
Did you know that 99% of companies fail to enter the EU market? Months of preparations, hundreds of thousands of dollars spent and in the end, they just have to give up, because they run out of resources.
In 2010 I founded an affiliate network. It soon became the largest affiliate network in the Czech Republic. It got me thinking about what to do next? As running a business throughout the EU has always been my dream, I decided to give it a try.. It was one of the hardest things in my life.
In the end it all turned out well. I've made it. My affiliate network started getting traction and I've managed to sell the company for a decent amount.
I can tell you one thing though.. Having somebody there with me to guide me and show me the way would have saved me from making a lot of mistakes in the process.. A lot of time and money.
